Great Macro Inspiration
I’ve really enjoyed the contest prep recipe guide. I bought it on the spur of the moment after having a tantrum about what to cook. Some great inspiration, all within macros and calories aimed at fat loss and can feed my whole family which is a definite win!

Hello, I love this recipe guide. I appreciate the time and effort it must’ve taken to create it. I’ve made only a couple things so far, but they were amazing! Especially the beef lasagna! Yuuuuuummm
