This is an amazing book with unexpected amounts of content! I've had mine printed out and it's surprising to see how many pages of information there is ! Easy to read and thoroughly explained. A huge thanks to Layne and Holly for writing this book! As an engineer I really appreciated the science / evidence based approach of the book. It's so refreshing compared to all the "bro" science material being spewed but other influencers. I'm in a deficit currently; but now I feel totally prepared for when I reach my goal on what the next steps are. I definitely recommend this book to anyone; competitor or not.
