The book is awesome, explicit, easy to read and most important, focus the content in science and common sense. If you are a person who likes to read nutrition and fitness books, this one is perfect for it.
How do you sell a $50 kindle book that isn't compatible with Kindle? It's just a pdf so I can't adjust the text size. Reached out to Layne's team and they tried but were unable to help so I am just out the $50. When you are charging this much for an electronic copy of a book you should invest the money to get the tech right.
I’ve read a mountain of info over the last 15 years of my life, and tried a ton of different diet strategies to find what works best for me and what I like the most (Keto, high pro/low carb, high carb/low fat, etc, etc, etc). What I love most about Layne and his philosophy is that he’s one of the few people in the entire nutrition/diet/exercise/fitness industry that IS NOT DOGMATIC about ANYTHING except one key thing: NO. ********. I come from a scientific background myself (degrees in biology and psychology and a medical laboratory scientist for 5 years), and the way that he analyzes the actual science behind biological mechanisms is 100% percent, without a doubt, the most reliable and trustworthy way to go about it. Don’t be an idiot any longer. Just buy the damn book. It’s great!
