For me, it was an awesome read. Authors did a wonderful job of connecting the dots between science and real life aplicability using understandable language for a non-science person. The book made me even more aware why weight loss is a struggle with the underlying mechanisms accompanying it. It was a wonderful introduction to start taking control of ones nutrition and with carbon diet coach in combo its making a change in my life as we speak. Good luck to all who venture into calorie restriction, maintenance or bulk. <3

The book was the best i've ever read on lasting fat loss and I highly recommend it. It's based on the science and he references everything, which means it's more reliable than any fad diets out there (because fad diets aren't evidence based). I will add that it's helpful to be smart enough to understand the maths and nutrition science in the book, but I reckon you'll still be pleased you bought it even if you aren't good at maths.
