I really enjoyed this book. I was very informative in all aspects. I like the fact that it didn't put down what the choices people make to maintain their diet. I was so interested in learning about when your body becomes at a stand still when trying to make changes. Definitely a good read, with material to back up what was being said.

Burned some calories doing math...so that's good.

Just want to get this out of the way...I think I over-invested in this book. It's valuable, just not that valuable. The information is rattled off without much thought about how it actually reads. That aside the book is filled with details that explain why you're going to do the thing you're about to do to forever lose fat. If you're dumb like me, you'll have to go back and re-read the action items and slowly fumble your way through just to find out all of the calculations you did are wrong because they use the metric system. A quick guide in the appendix to walk you through the steps without digging up the details would be welcomed, along with some downloadable materials/calculators to get on and stay on track.
