Layne and Holly have made an excellent book detailing how to set up a reverse diet, especially for a competitor like myself who has been in prep 2/3 of the year. Their book is easy to follow, even providing charts and real life examples. My favorite part is how they point out many of the fads that circulate the industry and they back up their facts with references! They even detail how to set up training and cardio with your reverse which I was not expecting. WORTH the buy!
