Very comprehensive guide. I was fed up of reading vague tips and templates for competition prep of which most I knew were bro science plucked from online forums. It’s refreshing to see a properly referenced and researched book. It doesn’t fluff anything up and is honest on the work and dedication needed. Well worth the money, a must for anybody wanting to compete or serious about bodybuilding. A good read full of information even if you’re not looking to compete
I am a 52 year old male from Tampa, Florida. My wife is a fitness/wellness coach and has trained me for the last 6 months for my first show using Layne's prep book.
