Wanted the actual book and thought I ordered it. Apparently not. When I asked for assistance I was told there would be an additional "convenience fee". Ridiculous. Never downloaded the book. Not sure why they couldn't just help. Soured my experience.
A huge thanks to Layne and Holly for writing this book! As an engineer I really appreciated the science / evidence based approach of the book. It's so refreshing compared to all the "bro" science material being spewed but other influencers. I'm in a deficit currently; but now I feel totally prepared for when I reach my goal on what the next steps are. I definitely recommend this book to anyone; competitor or not. As well go check out Layne and Holly's channels if you haven't already as there is a ton of great info!
This is an amazing book with unexpected amounts of content! I've had mine printed out and it's surprising to see how many pages of information there is ! Easy to read and thoroughly explained. There was one thing I was a little unsure of so I contacted Holly and she replied to me personally in minutes. Highly recommend.
As with the rest of BioLayne's content/books, the information is evidence-based, concise, and easy to digest. I'm starting my reverse diet feeling confident and with a healthy mind-set thanks to Layne and Holly's excellent writing. I'd highly recommend!
